The WP worm gear reducer is developed on the basis of the wd reducer. The worm is made of 45# high-quality steel by heat treatment, and the worm wheel is made of tin bronze. It has good wear resistance, especially in the bearing capacity. It is mainly suitable for the deceleration transmission of various mechanical equipment such as plastics, metallurgy, beverages, mining, lifting and transportation, and chemical construction.

Features
1. Smooth transmission, low vibration, low impact and noise, large reduction ratio, wide versatility, and can be used with various mechanical equipment.
2. A large transmission ratio can be obtained with a single-stage transmission, and the structure is compact. Most types of reducers have better self-locking properties, and can save braking devices for mechanical equipment with braking requirements.
3. The meshing friction loss between the worm thread and the worm gear tooth surface is relatively large, so the transmission efficiency is lower than that of the gear, and it is easy to generate heat and higher temperature.
4. Higher requirements for lubrication and cooling.
5. Good interoperability. Worm gears and worms are manufactured according to national standards, and standard parts such as bearings and oil seals are used.

Working conditions
1. The worm speed of the worm gear reducer cannot exceed 1500r/min.
2. The working environment temperature is -40℃~+40℃. When the working environment temperature is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0℃ before starting. When the working environment temperature is higher than 40℃, cooling measures must be taken.
3. The shaft of the worm gear reducer can be rotated forwards and backwards.

Precautions
1. Worm gear shafts must not be used as input shafts.
2. The matching motor (ie power) cannot exceed the value specified on the label.
3. If the user wants to change the direction of entering the shaft, the second end cover of the lower shaft can be removed, and the worm shaft can be taken out and adjusted by 180. Just load it. Do not knock hard when installing, but slowly drive the two shafts to engage them.
