Power

This directly reflects the power efficiency of the motor, and the calculation formula for the power size of the motor selection:
Reducer torque = 9550 × motor power × speed ratio × use factor / motor input revolutions
The calculation formula is T=9549 * P / n.
P is the rated (output) power of the motor in kilowatts (KW)
The denominator is the rated speed n and the unit is revolutions per minute (r/min)
P and n can be found directly from the motor nameplate.
Therefore, the reducer power P=T*n/9550.

Rotating speed

This parameter refers to the rated speed of the motor, which is directly related to the speed ratio when selecting a precision planetary reducer. We try to choose a speed ratio close to the rated speed, because the closer the rated speed the motor is, the more stable it will run.

Reduction ratio

After determining the reduction ratio, please multiply the rated torque of your selected servo motor by the reduction ratio. In principle, the value obtained should be less than the rated output torque of the similar reducer provided in the product catalog. At the same time, consider the overload capacity and actuality of the drive motor. Large working torque required for medium.

Torque

The required large working torque is less than twice the rated output torque; this parameter reflects the direct output of the motor. Under the same power condition, the greater the torque, the lower the speed. In the motor type, it is divided into small inertia, medium inertia, and large inertia motors.
