1. Transmission principle
The transmission structure of the planetary reducer is currently the most efficient combination of gear reducers, and its basic transmission structure consists of four parts:

(1) High torque and impact resistance: The mechanism of planetary gear is similar to the traditional parallel gear transmission. Traditional gears only rely on a few contact surfaces between the two gears to be squeezed and driven. All loads are concentrated on the few gear surfaces that are in contact, which is prone to friction and fracture between the gears. The planetary gear reducer has a 360-degree uniform load on the contact surface of the six larger areas and the gears. The multiple gear surfaces evenly bear the instantaneous impact load, making it more able to withstand the impact of higher torque. The body and various bearing parts are not It will be damaged and ruptured due to high load.
(2) Small size and light weight: Traditional gear reducers are designed with multiple sets of large and small gears in a staggered transmission to reduce speed. Since the reduction ratio must be generated by a multiple of the number of two gears, there must be a certain distance between the large and small gears. Therefore, the gear box contains a huge space, especially when the high-speed ratio is combined, it is necessary to connect two or more reduction gear boxes. The structural strength is relatively weakened, and the length of the gear box is lengthened, resulting in extremely large volume and weight. The structure of the planetary reducer can be repeatedly connected according to the number of segments required to complete the multi-segment combination separately. (3) High efficiency and low backlash: Since each set of gears of the gear reducer has only single tooth surface occlusal contact during transmission, when the transmission is equal to For modulus and thickness, the larger the gear modulus, the larger the deflection tolerance value between gears, which will result in a relatively high gear gap, and the cumulative backlash between various reduction ratios will increase accordingly.
