How To Effectively Cool The Reducer?

In the coal mine face, there will be some heating phenomenon due to continuous work deceleration. If the temperature can not be cooled in time, it will affect the service life and normal operation of the reducer. So how to effectively cool the reducer?

1. Use a cooling fan. When installing, install a cooling fan at the end of the input shaft and blow it into the box of the gearbox.

2. Use a cooling coil. This type is placed in the gearbox and the cooling coil is placed. When water is introduced, the water is discharged, and the temperature of the lubricating oil in the reducer gear box is lowered due to the flow.

3. Use cooling fan + cooling coil. This is easy to understand, that is to say, use the above two in combination.

4. Use coolant to cool the reducer. In this way, it is suitable for equipment with large load and large heat. When the gearbox is transferred, the oil pump is used to cool the oil in the gearbox. At the same time, oil at room temperature is added to the gearbox and cooled with lubricant.
