ZLYJ series hard-tooth surface gearboxes are high-precision hard-toothed belt thrust seat transmission components specially designed for plastic screw extruders. The product design adopts the technical specifications stipulated by JB/T8853-2001. It is characterized by the use of high-strength alloy steel for gears and shaft components. Gears are processed by carburizing, quenching and grinding. The gear accuracy is GB10095-88.6. Tooth surface hardness HRC54-62. The front end of the hollow output shaft is equipped with a super thrust bearing to withstand the working axial force of the screw. The main standard parts such as bearings and oil seals are made of domestic high-quality products, and imported products can also be equipped according to user needs. The whole machine has the characteristics of small size, high carrying capacity, smooth transmission, low noise and high efficiency.

The scope of use of plastic extruder gearbox:
The input speed of the prime mover is less than or equal to 1500rpm.
The peripheral speed of gear transmission is less than or equal to 20m/s.
The working environment temperature should be between -40℃~45℃. Use low-temperature lubricating oil when preheating the lubricating oil to above 0°C or when the ambient temperature is below 0°C.
