1. The first oil changing of planetary reducer will be after 200 to 300 hours of continuous operation, and the quality of the oil should be checked regularly in the latter operation. It is necessary to replace the oil mixed with impurities or degenerative oil in time. Under normal circumstances, for the right-angle planetary reducer under long-term continuous operation, the replacement standard is 5000 hours or once per year. For the reducers that haven’t been operated in long time, should replace with new oil before restarting operation. The reducer should be added with the same oil as the original brand, and it is best not to mix it with oils of different brands.
2. When changing the oil, wait for the right-angle planetary reducer to cool down. There is no risk of incineration, but you should still keep warm, because when the oil temperature is completely cooled, the viscosity of the oil increases and it is difficult to drain the oil. But it should be noted that the power supply of the transmission should be blocked to avoid accidental power on.

3. In the operation of the right-angle planetary reducer, when the oil temperature rises above 80℃ or the oil pool temperature exceeds 100℃ and abnormal noise occurs, the operation should be stopped. Only after eliminate the fault and replace the lubricant just can continue operation.
4. The user should have reasonable use of the protection rules and regulations, and appoint some one to carefully record the operation of the reducer and the problems found during inspection, and strictly follow the above requirements.
